2. Use of the Service

You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and advertising policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your campaigns comply with Google Ads and Meta Ads policies.

3. Payments

Campaign creation fees are processed securely through Stripe. Media spend is charged directly by Google Ads or Meta Ads to your account. We do not store full payment information.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by Camplete AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Camplete AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of third-party services (Google, Meta, Stripe) or from campaigns created on our platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
